Delivery Fee & Time

  • The delivery fee is charged separately. Any additional charges are clearly stated when you check out your shopping cart.
  • FREE delivery is available for all orders above RM200 within Penisular Malaysia.

Self Collection & Local Stores Pick up (Coming Soon)

  • For orders within Malaysia, self-collection from selected A-Look Eyewear stores is possible during store operating hours. Simply select your preferred self-collection store during the checkout.

*IMPORTANT: Please do not collect your order from the store until you receive an email or SMS notification that your order is ready for self-collection.

  • A notification email with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched from A-Look Eyewear warehouse.

Return Policy

14 Days Return

  • At A-Look Eyewear, we guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement.
  • This return policy is only effective if you return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Any shipping fee required for the return will be at your own cost.

  • Item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and labels attached.

  • Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before any confirmation on your return. It will usually takes 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could confirm, process, and ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.

  • Return is only applicable for item(s) purchased via our online store and delivered in Malaysia. However, return is not allowed for prescription glasses.

  • This return policy is not applicable to item(s) delivered overseas.

  • For successful returns, a shipping fee of RM5 (Peninsular Malaysia)/ RM13 (East Malaysia) will be charged.

  • For unsuccessful returns that do not meet our policy, the item(s) will be returned to you at your own cost.

  • In any event, if there is any defect item(s), inspection will be carried out prior to any confirmation of replacement /exchange. Upon confirmation given, any shipping fee incurred for ship out the replacement/exchange item(s) will be bear by the Company.

  • Strictly no exchange after 14-days upon receiving your parcel.

When Will I Get The Refund?

When will I receive my refund? Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon the transaction, you will be offered a mode of the refund based on your payment mode, which will take between 1 to 30 working days depending on our partnering banks. Please consult the table below for details.

365-Day Product Warranty

Our 365-Day Product Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

14 Days Delight Exchange

Within 14 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product (sunglasses and eyeglasses), let us know and we will arrange for an exchange (strictly no refund and only applicable to purchases in Malaysia).

Any shipping fee required for the exchange will be at your own cost.
